Weaving with rags

I'm always sad when I have to throw away old garments... so I'm trying to recycle an old pair of trousers. I loved the colour so much, and now they are worn out, but I hope they will have a new life.
So I made yarn from the trousers! I've cut a 1 cm continuous strip from the legs, and I used it to weave. alternating with a lighter strip cut from a curtain. I like it, and the weaving is quite sturdy enough for a bag.
